THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP No.222 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC to withdraw G.W.OP No.130 of 2013 from the file of Family Court, Tirupati and transfer the same to the XI Additional District Court, Chittoor.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer C.M.P. with liberty to the petitioner to avail all the remedies available to her under law including filing of the similar type of petition before the appropriate Court.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
