No. 722 an extent of 0.10 cents, Sy. No. 752 an extent of Ac.3.39 cents and out of it Ac. 1.70 cents, Sy. No.721-1 an extent of Ac. 0-80, Sy. No. 721-2 an extent of Ac.0.64 cents, Sy. No.736 Ac.1.16 cents, Sy. No.753 an extent of Ac.1.00 cents, Sy. No. 751 an extent of Ac.0.77 cents, Sy. No.741 an extent of Ac.2.63 cents, Sy. No.739-A an extent of Ac.4.

96 cents, Sy. No.739-B an extent of Ac.2-71 cents and Sy. No.740 an extent of Ac.2.69 cents respectively, situated at Thummala village, Amadaguru Mandal, Anantapur District. As no action is being taken on the said application, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Since the application of the petitioner dated 13.05.

dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
