Heard, before admission and before notice to respondents 2 and 3, the counsel for the revision petitioner. 2.
Undisputedly, the revision petitioner is working as Inspector of Police. There is evidence of P.Ws.1 and 2. There is no oath against oath from his side. He did not even produce his salary certificate though she claims he is drawing more than Rs.60,000/- per month. To say that she is working, there is no proof apart from no oath against oath. 3.
Having regard to the above Rs.8,000/- to the wife and Rs.4,000/- to the child from date of petition filed in 2015 no way requires interference by admitting the revision. 4.
Accordingly, this criminal revision case is dismissed. However, two months time is granted to pay the arrears. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
