AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.7615 of 2013 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) None appears for the petitioner. Mr. Peri Prabhakar for respondent No.3. The following questions were referred to the Full Bench vide order dated 14.6.2013.

a) Whether A.P. Lokayukta has jurisdiction to entertain a complaint, which does not involve an allegation, or a complaint regarding non-implementation of an order of a Magistrate in a matrimonial dispute between a wife and husband, or any other dispute inter se private individuals, and pass consequential orders?

b) Whether the A.P. Lokayukta can issue directions or pass an order directly against the persons mentioned in clauses (i) to (iv) of Section 7(i) of the Act ?

c) Whether A.P. Lokayukta can take action suo motu under the Act ? The Full Bench has answered the reference and decided all the questions in the negative. In view thereof, nothing further survives in the writ petition and the writ petition deserves to be disposed of in terms of the order of the Full Bench dated 28.8.2015.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. At this stage, Mr. Peri Prabhakar, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 informs the Court that in view of the orders dated 22.2.2013 and 7.3.2013 passed by the Lokayukta, petitioner-husband has already removed C.C. cameras and sign boards. If that be so, disposal of the writ petition shall not be treated as permission to the petitioner-husband to re-install the cameras and sign boards.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
