OFFICE NOTE 09.10.2025 SKS, J I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 These Interlocutory Applications are filed seeking the following reliefs:

i.

I.A.No.1 of 2025 is filed to modify the order dated 24-09-2025 to permit the petitioners to surrender before the Learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class-cum-Junior Civil Judge, Boath, instead of the Station House Officer, Echoda Police Station.

ii.

I.A.No.2 of 2025 is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners for surrender by a further period of four (4) weeks and also furnish the sureties, by reducing the surety amount of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties.

Heard both sides.

Having considered the submissions made and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of these Interlocutory Applications with the below observations:

 the condition imposed in the order dated

24-09-2025 is modified to the extent that the surety amount is reduced from Rs.25,000/- to Rs.15,000/ with two sureties of like sum each, to be furnished to the satisfaction of the Learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class-cum-Junior Civil Judge, Boath.

 the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-cum-Junior Civil Judge, Boath, instead of the Station House Officer, Echoda Police Station.

 the time granted to the petitioners for surrender is extended by a period of four

(4) weeks.

Accordingly, these interlocutory applications are ordered.
