HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3714 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused No.6 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.192 of 2014 of Krishnagiri Police Station, Kurnool District for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 417, 420, 465, 468, 471, 120-B read with 34 I.P.C.

2) Heard the learned counsel for petitioner/A-6 and the 1sty respondent-State represented by the learned Public Prosecutor.

3) As there is no material to admit the application for quashing the proceedings, the present application is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner/A-6 from his contention that by the date of so called sanction of the loan, he is retired from service on superannuation and falsely implicated. The facts admit for bail application and on accepting surrender with prior notice to the A.P.P. concerned, the learned Magistrate shall grant bail with necessary conditions preferably on the same day, if not atleast by the next day.

4) With the above observations, the criminal petition is disposed of.
