SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITON No.8149 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is A1 in the remand report (he was initially shown as A2), in Crime No.215 of 2018 on the file of Jagadgirigutta Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 417 and 420 IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The case of the prosecution is that one Yasin has in fact cheated the victims and the cheating was done at the instance of this person. It is through said Yasin that the name of this petitioner came to light. However, considering that there is a specific allegation in the report that Yasin informed the victims that this petitioner is the person involved in the transactions, this Court opines that it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.

Hence, the petition is dismissed.
