This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of the directions issued by the learned single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.39391 of 2013, dated 07.10.2014.

When the matter is taken up, learned standing counsel for the respondent - Corporation placed before this Court the award passed by the Lok Adalat.

From the reading of the award, it is seen that the parties have settled the matter and arrived at an understanding and the respondent - Corporation has also agreed to pay an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- and the same was accepted by the petitioner. 4.
