Heard both sides. With the consent of both parties the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No. 4 in interfering with the civil dispute and insisting the petitioner to vacate the land, contrary to the decree dated 23.03.2017 passed in O.S.No.138 of 2016 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Medchal, as illegal and arbitrary.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though a crime is registered pursuant to the report given by him, the respondent police are interfering with the civil disputes pending between the parties. Hence he seeks a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and unofficial respondent, without following due process of law. 4.

Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the submission made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to harass the petitioner or interfere with the personal liberty of the petitioner and the civil disputes pending between the parties, without following due process of law. It is made clear that if any action is sought to be taken by the respondent - police, against the petitioner, the same shall only be in accordance with law. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
