HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.27221 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner alleges inaction of respondents 2 and 3 on the complaint dated 19-04-2018 lodged by her. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, an entry was made to that effect in General Diary and after enquiry, the same was found to be civil in nature. The petitioner was informed of the same by way of issuing notice to her. In view of the same, recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to her. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
