Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned Government Pleader for respondents.

The learned Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that after disposal of the suit by the trial Court, land acquisition proceedings were initiated in respect of the land in Sy.Nos.190 and 191 and the appellant herein was paid the compensation in terms of the Award No.19/1997-98, dated 06.01.1998 passed in respect of said acquisition. The appellant received compensation without any protest. The same is informed to the learned Government Pleader, by Special Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition, Khamman vide letter in R.C.No.A/571/96, dated 17.09.2000.

As this appeal relates to non-payment of compensation, in respect of the acquisition of above mentioned land, there is nothing to adjudicate in the present appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
