HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27145 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not registering the FIR as per the contents of the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 22.05.2018. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into; that as the same was found to be civil in nature, the 2nd respondent advised the petitioner to approach civil court for redressal; and that the 2nd respondent also entered the same into General Diary and informed the same to the petitioner by way of notice dated 03.07.2018 and the petitioner also acknowledged the same.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as may be available to him under law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
