THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.11137 OF 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime.No.178 of 2023 on the file of Rein Bazar Police Station, Hyderabad District, registered for the offence under Section 307 r/w. 34 of IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

It is alleged that on 12.10.2023, these petitioners attacked the victim and two others and beaten them due to an altercation in between them.

On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that victims were treated as outpatients. 5.

Keeping in view that these petitioners are aged around 20 years and are students, the prayer for regular bail can be granted, subject to following conditions:-

i) The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) with two sureties, for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the VIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, at Hyderabad.

ii) The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 after release shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer for the purpose of investigation, as and when required. iii) The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
