CVNR,J & TR,J F.C.A.No.6 of 2016 27.03.2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal is filed against order and decree, dated 20.08.2015, in F.C.O.P.No.214 of 2010 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, SPSR Nellore District, whereby it has granted decree for restitution of conjugal rights in favour of the respondent. 2.

At the hearing, Mr.C.Subodh, learned counsel for the appellant, has submitted that after the filing of this appeal, both the parties have settled the dispute and in pursuance thereof, they have filed O.P. under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, for grant of decree for dissolution of marriage by mutual consent. He has, accordingly, submitted that in view of this subsequent event, the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above submissions, the Family Court Appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
