Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "....to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the Memo dated 18-5-2012 in No.HC-4/Est./7107/2006-2012 passed by the 4th respondent by keeping the Police Licence suspension temporarily till the disposal of the Court Cases as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondents to renew the Police Licence in favour of the petitioner without referring to Criminal Cases registered against one of the partners of the petitioner namely B Balraj Goud and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

From the perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that the petitioner was granted police license in the year 2012 and it was renewed every year till 2019.

5.

In that view of the matter, more particularly, looking at the prayer sought in the writ petition, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.
