HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 3923 of 2017 ORDER:

By way of notice under challenge dated 02.01.2017, the Depot Manager, Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, Anakapalli, Visakhapatnam District, third respondent herein, asked the petitioner to vacate the encroached area and remove the erected sheds by 06.01.2017. There is absolutely no dispute with regard to the fact that the subject fittings have been raised by the petitioner beyond the area covered by license.

After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that some time may be granted to the petitioner to remove the erected fittings.

This Court considers the said request of the petitioner as reasonable and two weeks' time is granted to the petitioner from today to remove the fittings erected by him beyond the licensed area. If the petitioner fails to do so within the time stipulated herein above, it is open for the respondents to proceed in accordance with law. Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. ------------------------------------- JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI DATED 8TH FEBRUARY, 2017.
