When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent company informed the Court that the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
