Heard.

The petitioner states that his application seeking conversion of the land admeasuring Ac.3-05 gts., in Sy.No.206/1A-3 situated at A.Narayanapuram Village, Anantapuram Mandal and District, is not being received by the 3rd respondent.

Though the petitioner is prepared to pay conversion charges, the action of the 3rd respondent in allegedly not receiving the application from the petitioner for conversion cannot be approved. Therefore, the 3rd respondent is at liberty to examine the application by receiving the same from the petitioner and then pass appropriate orders.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to receive the application from the petitioner for conversion, if filed, examine the same and take appropriate decision in accordance with law. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
