This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in C.C.No.607 of 2009 on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. 2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court.

3 In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no orders need be passed in this Criminal Petition. Hence the Criminal Petition is closed.
