HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3048 of 2014 ORDER :

This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 22 of A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960 is filed by the petitioner/tenant aggrieved by the order and decree dated 09.04.2014 in R.C.C.M.A.No.55 of 2012 passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge-cum-Appellate Authority under A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, Vijayawada, Krishna District, dismissing the appeal.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner/tenant that the petitioner/tenant has already vacated the petition schedule property, however, he is not liable to pay any rents as ordered by the Rent Controller, which has been confirmed by the Appellate Authority vide order and decree dated 09.04.2014 in R.C.C.M.A.No.55 of 2012.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/tenant and perused the impugned order.

4. A perusal of the impugned order shows that there is no decree for payment of rents for any period. Therefore, the apprehension of the petitioner/tenant is

misconceived and no case is made out warranting interference by this Court.

5. For the aforesaid reasons, this civil revision petition is devoid of merits and is accordingly dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
