cc_1605_2016 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 17-11-2015 in W.P.No. 13107 of 2015.

At the hearing, Sri P.Krishna Reddy, learned standing counsel for G.H.M.C., has submitted that in due compliance with the abovementioned order, the respondents passed an order and that questioning the same, the petitioner filed a Writ Petition which is pending before this Court. Sri B.Papa Rao Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner, has admitted to this position.

In view of the fact that the respondents complied with the order of this Court, the cause in the contempt case does not survive for adjudication.
