This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not taking any action on the representation submitted by the petitioners on 26.6.2012 regarding running of a school in their locality.

The petitioners who claimed to be residents of Battavari Street, Nazarpet, Tenali state that the property belonging to the 8th respondent was given on lease to one educational institution for running classes from LKG to 5th class. 3.

The representation of the petitioners dated 26.6.2012 was addressed to the District Collector but not to the 3rd respondent Municipality or 5th respondent District Educational Officer. In view of lapse of time, it is not possible to trace out the representation which was submitted in the year 2012. 4.

In the circumstances, no relief can be granted at this length of time, but this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to submit appropriate representation/complaint to the concerned authorities, 3rd and 5th respondents, if the petitioners so chose. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
