This Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner assailing the order, dated 16.07.2013, of the learned Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, passed in I.A.No.76 of 2013 in R.A.No.12 of 2013. 2.

There is no representation for the petitioner. The note of the Registry reveals that the appeal in R.A.No.12 of 2013 on the file of the Court below was disposed of on 06.01.2016.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
