This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in withholding the selection of the petitioner into admission in 6th class in the 4th respondent-school without assigning any reasons and without passing any orders even though the petitioner has secured merit in the entrance examination.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondents 3 and 4 submits that petitioner is given admission. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of.
