HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14010 of 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he made application for conducting survey and for fixing boundary stones in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2.53 1⁄2 cents in Survey No.1097/1 and 1098/1 of Patta No.302, situated at Nellore Bit-II, Nellore Mandal, Nellore District, by paying requisite fee. As no action is being taken, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner has to file necessary documents along with application.

In view of the above, the competent authority is directed to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
