Mr.Mirza Aijaz Ali Baig, learned counsel for the petitioner appearing virtually, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to hle fresh writ petition. His colleague, namely, Ms.D.Laxmi Prasanna, learned counsel, who present in the Court, had made an endorsement to the said effect on the bundle.

Granting liberty as sought for, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.
