THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.9144 OF 2022 O R D E R:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner Nos.1 and 2, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2, in Crime No.1517 of 2022 of L.B. Nagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Section 376(A) of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC") and Sections 3(1) (2) (A), 4, 5(1)(a) and Section 7 of Prevention of Immoral Traffic (Amendment) Act (for short PIT Act). 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

The case against the petitioners is that they were running prostitution house with sex workers in Madhuranagar, Mansoorabad, L.B.Nagar. When the premises was raided, the Police found two sex workers and also customers. The case was registered against these petitioners and another.

As seen from the Remand Report there are no minors, who were allegedly involved in prostitution. Here the victims shown as sex workers.

The learned Assistant Public prosecutor on instructions would submit that there are no other criminal cases pending against the petitioners.

For the said reason, the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2/accused Nos.1 and 2 can be granted for the relief of regular bail. 7.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 are granted bail subject to the following conditions:
i) The petitioners/accused No.1 and 2 are directed to be released on bail on their executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum, to the satisfaction of II Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyderabad, Ranga Reddy District, at LB Nagar. ii) After release on bail, the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 shall appear before the Station House Officer, L.B.Nagar Police Station, on everyday between 09:00 AM and 04.00 PM, for a period
of one month, thereafter as and when required. iii) The petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________ K.SURENDER, J Date: 28.10.2022 MNV/SVL
