THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4796 OF 2016 ORDER:

The petitioners-A2 to A4 preferred the present Criminal Petition by invoking the provision under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (in short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.129 of 2016 on the file of Peddapalle Police Station, Karimnagar District.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that charge sheet in the above case is filed and hence, the criminal petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
