HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7080 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioner/accused No.2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.178 of 2015 of Gachibowli Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 447, 464 and 506 I.P.C.

2 ) The de facto complainant/the 1st respondent herein and the petitioner/accused No.2 are present in person and filed an affidavit and a joint memo seeking permission of the Court to compound the above said offences.

3) Heard both sides.

4) Since the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter at the intervention of the elders and for the welfare and for the wellbeing of the de facto complainant, permission is accorded to compound the offences. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, though the other offences are compoundable, but for the offence punishable under Section 464 I.P.C., the offences are compounded by invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C. in terms of their compromise at the instance of the de facto complainant since present with petitioner/accused No.2.

5) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.178 of 2015 of Gachibowli Police Station, Cyderabad, against the petitioner/accused No.2 are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioner/accused No.2, if any, shall stand cancelled. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
