CVNR, J & TR, J FCA.No.272 of 2015 Dt: 25.01.2017 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal (FCA) is filed against Order and Decree, dated 23-09-2015, in OP.No.1504 of 2013 on the file of the Additional Family Court Judge at Hyderabad, whereby it has granted decree for dissolution of marriage between the appellant and the respondent.

Mr.P.Raja Sripathi Rao, learned Counsel for the appellant, addressed letter, dated 20-01-2017, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court wherein he has submitted that after filing of the FCA, both the parties have entered into an out of Court settlement and that therefore, his client is not interested in pursuing the same. Today, at the hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellant has reiterated the contents of the said letter. Both the parties, who are personally present in the Court, have also affirmed the same.

In the light of the above submission, the FCA is dismissed as withdrawn.
