This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to release the entire retirement benefits to the petitioner. When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that retirement benefits were paid to the petitioner and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
