THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 8726 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the representation dated 07.07.2009 and not following the procedure laid down under Rule 5 and 7 of G.O.Ms.No.187 dated 16.12.2008 while sending a panel of advocates for the post of Public Prosecutor.

2. This writ petition was filed in the year 2010 and consequent to the bifurcation of State, changes have occurred. In view of the lapse of time, some new Public Prosecutor might have been appointed subsequent to 07.07.2009.

3. In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit another representation, if he is so aggrieved. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
