Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents. 2.

The petitioner is a fair price shop dealer of Mandipalli Tanda, Dhanwada Mandal, Mahabubnagar District. The authorization of the petitioner is in force as on today. When the stock was not released to the petitioner by respondents 3 and 4, the present Writ Petition is filed. 3.

This Court granted time on 27.03.2015 and 13.07.2015 to the learned Government Pleader for obtaining instructions, but no instructions were received by him. It is needless to mention that so long as the authorization of the petitioner is in subsistence, he is entitled to receive the essential commodities. In this case, the authoriastion of the petitioner found to be valid and is in force as on today. 4.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 3 and 4 to release the stock to the petitioner so long as his authorization is in force. No order as to costs.
