1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 in Cr.No.159 of 2014 on the file of Narmetta Police Station, Warangal District.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, the police referred the matter as false. 3 Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
