This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.1007 of 2006 from the file of the Family Court, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer civil miscellaneous petition. He also filed a letter in the Registry to that effect.

Permission is granted.
