HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 14819 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in interfering with the business being run by the petitioner in serving flavoured Hookahs to their customers.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Pleader that the issue involved in this Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by this Court in a batch of Writ Petitions viz., W.P.No.3202 of 2014 and batch, vide common order dated 27.01.2017 and this matter is squarely covered by the said orders.

Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed in terms of the common order dated 27.01.2017 in W.P.No.3202 of 2014 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
