ORAL ORDER:
Petitioner college is an aided institution sanctioned with 10 aided teaching posts including Principal and 5 non teaching posts. Grievance of the petitioner is that these posts are vacant for long time and in spite of several requests made, the sanction is not accorded to fill up these posts. On account of delay in filling up the posts, students are suffering and in fact because of absence of proper teaching faculty, there is drastic fall in the intake of the students. 2.

At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave of the Court to submit detailed proposals and requested that time limit may be fixed to the Government to consider the same. 4.
Having regard to the same, without going into the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit detailed proposals to the Commissioner of Collegiate Education requesting the Commissioner to accord permission to fill up the aided posts. On receipt of such proposals, the Commissioner shall examine the same and take suitable decision as warranted by law and communicate the decision to the petitioner by a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of proposals. No costs.
Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
