It is stated that the revision filed by the petitioner in Rc.No.4348/2013/D4, dated 04-05-2013, is pending before the 2nd respondent-Joint Collector against the orders dated 21-03-2013 passed by the 3rd respondentRevenue Divisional Officer. Aggrieved by non-disposal of the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner states that no stay is granted in the revision filed by her. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the stay petition/revision filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
