\ \ This writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to declare the impugned Memo No.CGM(HRDyGM(SyAS.ll/P)-lll/F.No.882/03, dated 30.01.2004 is illegal and to declare that he is entitled for earned leave for 38 days, 66 days, half pay leave for 206 days and consequential benefits and to direct the respondents to sanction earned leave and half pay leave with consequential benefits' 2.
None appeared for the writ petitioner. Heard Mr' Zakir Ali Danish, learned counsel for the sole respondent is present' 3.
A perusal of the proceeding sheet is indicating that on the demise of counsel for the writ petitioner notice has been ordered on the petitioner through Court and the same was properly served on 24.06.2024. However the petitioner did not choose either to appear or to engage counsel to prosecute the matter' This situation is implying that the petitioner has lost interest in conducting the writ Petition.
