Since it is stated that the application of the petitioner dated 22.07.2016 in Form-VI under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattedar Pass Book Act, 1971 is pending with the 3rd respondent, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and affected parties, and take action accordingly, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stands closed.
