Heard learned counsel for the parties This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 not to issue any licence for establishing a toddy shop in the premises bearing H.No. 18-1-337/221/A, situated at Uppuguda, Arundatti Nagar, New Rakshapuram colony, Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad. Learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise, on instructions, submits that the objections of the

petitioner regarding location of 5th respondent's toddy shop were considered and after seeing the report of District Educational Officer, Hyderabad it was found that the 5th respondent's toddy shop is in accordance with Rule 8 of A.P. Excise (Grant of licence to sell today and conditions) Rules, and consequentially the petitioner's objections were rejected on 23.1.2015. In view of that, nothing further survives for consideration in this writ petition which is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to question the said order of Prohibition and Excise Superintendent, dated 23.1.2015 in accordance with law, if he is still aggrieved.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
