In this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., the petitioneraccused seeks to quash the proceedings in Crime No.111 of 2015 of Women Police Station, Begumpet, North Zone.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor has produced the letter dated 12.07.2018 of Sub Inspector of Police, Women Police Station, Begumpet and submitted that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed on 30.11.2015 before the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad and therefore, the petition, which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.111 of 2015, has become infructuous and hence, the same may be dismissed. 3.
In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
