ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 30.11.2015, in WP.MP.No.49723 of in WP.No.38627 of 2015.

This Court has admitted the contempt case and issued notice in Form-I. From 04.03.2016, both the respondents are being personally present on the dates of hearing. Today also they are present in the Court.

The learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj (TS) appearing for respondent No.1 submitted that the order of this Court is fully complied with.

Sri K.Lakshman, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted

that except the two measurement books, all other records have been handed over to his client and that therefore, the contempt case may be closed.

The learned Government Pleader submitted that respondent No.2 will ensure that the M-Books which are presently available with the Assistant Engineer concerned are handed over to the petitioner. In view of the above-noted facts, the contempt case is closed and the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings. As a sequel to disposal of the contempt case, Application No.295 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 18th March, 2016 VGB
