When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.08.2023, there was no representation on behalf of petitioner as well as respondents and it was directed to be listed on 08.09.2023 under the caption "For Dismissal". On 08.09.2023 also, there was no representation hence it I was directed to be listed on 27.09.2023. Despite the same, even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner 2.
Having regard to the above, this Court is of the opinion that petitioner is not interested to pursue the present writ petition. 3.
