Petitioner's grievance is that her husband was the Fair Price Shop Dealer of Fair Price Shop No.70 of Patha Kadapa (VI) in Kadapa Y.S.R. District; that he died in 2009 and thereafter petitioner had applied for appointment on compassionate grounds on several times to respondents, latest of which application being 19-01-2015. 2.

Petitioner contends that respondents have to consider her case for appointment on compassionate basis as per the conditions prescribed in G.O.Ms.No.4 Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies (CS-1) Department dt.28-02-2014.

Learned Government Pleader for respondents states that respondents would consider and pass orders on petitioner's application dt.19-01-2015 within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's case for appointment on compassionate grounds pursuant to the above G.O. within eight (08) weeks from the date of

receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
