The counsel for the petitioner and respondents in both the cases submit that the prayers in these writ petitions are covered by the orders of this Court dated 08.10.2015 in W.P.No.23037 of 2012 and 29.04.2016 in W.P.No.10977 of 2009.

The further emphasis of counsel for petitioner is that both on the question of law and fact, the order in W.P.No.23037 of 2012 squarely cover the cases on hand. Statement of learned counsel is placed on record.

The writ petitions are, accordingly, allowed in terms of orders in W.P.No.23037 of 2012 and W.P.No.10977 of 2009. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
