HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.25899 of 2003 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pay the salaries attached to the posts of petitioners, basing on the Circular dated 18.12.2002.

This Court was pleased to grant interim orders on 12.12.2003, directing the respondents to pay salaries to the petitioners, however, the said payment shall not exceed 2% of the working capital. 3.

This Court is of the view that in view of the above interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
