The petitioner who is accused in Crime No.672 of 2015 of Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 417, 420 and 506 I.P.C., filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner-accused was already arrested and hence, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.
