THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.443 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the accused No.1 challenging the order of the Special Sessions Judge for SC & ST (POA) Act cases-cum-VII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Warangal dated 11.01.2016 whereby the learned Judge dismissed Crl.M.P.No.683 of 2015 in S.C.No.10 of 2014 filed by the petitioner to discharge him from the trial of the case. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his argument to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court. In the circumstances, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates so specifically the trial Court insists for his appearance. The petitioner is directed to be represented by a counsel on all hearing dates.

The Criminal Revision Case is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
