HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.40194 OF 2014 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed against the notice dated 29.10.2014, issued by the 2nd respondent, asking the petitioner to close the business of Boys Hostel since the petitioner is running the boys hostel in the name of Sri Krishna Boys Hostel, unauthorisedly, without obtaining any trade licence as required under Section 521(1) of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act. In the affidavit, it is also stated that petitioner has already filed an application dated 17.12.2014 before the respondentCorporation for grant of licence. In view of the same and in view of the orders passed by this Court in WP.No.2339 of 2015, wherein this Court directed the respondent-Corporation to consider the application of the petitioner as per law, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
